The workshop for teachers “Cooperative Learning” was structured in 4 parts.
The first involved the acquisition and assimilation of the theoretical basis of cooperative work, necessary for a successful later implementation. During 3 days, the possible types of clusters, the different existing techniques and the way to evaluate this way of working were worked.
Later a reflection session was held in which the participating teachers sought both the strengths and weaknesses of the methodology and joined forces to find solutions to the possible problems that could arise.
The third part of the workshop consisted of several sessions of Job Shadowing, carried out in different courses, in which several of the previously studied techniques could be seen in action.
Finally, an evaluation of the workshop would allow us to see the results and progress made in the teaching staff during these 5 days of joint work.
